I could not park where this young man was parked when I arrived first and I am a 66-year-old disabled veteran. He pulled into a disabled parking spot, put a parking placard on his mirror, jumped out of the car, picked up boxes in the back seat, and walked into The UPS store like he has no disability at all. This young man had a maximum age of 30 years. I snapped a photo of his vehicle and briefly recorded him enter the store. When he appears to be able to walk very well, I suspect that he is exploiting the handicap parking spaces. I have a video of him walking with a shopping cart at the store.
